Dispatch Info

We endeavour to ship all orders made before 2PM AEST on business days the same day, however in busy periods please allow up to 24 business hrs for your order to be fulfilled & dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your BARKLEYS to you.

Please note as this tracking is created before your package is received by the post it can take up to a few days to see any tracking updates.

Once your parcel arrives at the destination country Australia Post will hand this over to the local Postal Service for delivery. Track it by using your Aus Post Tracking ID in the online tracking portal of your country’s postal service.

International delivery costs do not include any import taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Besides the US which does not apply them under $2000, Barkleys cannot predict what these charges may be and we recommend looking up your local customs office to find out the exact details.

We strongly suggest selecting an address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. 

However you can note to leave your package somewhere safe in the notes at checkout, note Barkleys holds no responsibility for orders placed with 'Authority to Leave', so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.
